Commitment to Health & Wellness

Have you implemented any new staff policies and procedures for our safety?

We stand ready to provide the warm, gracious hospitality we are known for, while taking steps to help ensure your well-being. For guests and members, we have placed sanitizer stations throughout our property. Our Team members are required to wear masks or face shields while on property. Additionally, team members (depending on role and responsibility) are required to wear gloves and protective eye glasses. Beyond personal protective equipment, social distancing and increased sanitation, our team members and vendors also undergo temperature and health scans before entering the Club each day. We ask all members and guests to respect others and isolate yourself at home if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms and consult with your doctor immediately.

What happens if an employee or member tests positive?

Privacy and HIPAA regulations prevent us from sharing specific information about any employee or member. However, we will require these individuals to self-quarantine and they will not be permitted to return to work until cleared by a medical professional with two negative test results. Furthermore, all staff and any identified member(s) that came in direct contact with this employee will be notified immediately. The facilities involved will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with hospital grade cleaning products and we will continue to clean all food and beverage outlets in accordance with the CDC guidelines for the food and service industry.

Do you expect any other changes throughout property?

We are very grateful to be able to adapt and adhere to new guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S., as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities. This guidance continues to evolve and we are consistently enhancing safety practices. As guidelines and recommendations change on a local, state and federal level, we will update our website and provide as much information as possible to current and future guests and members.
